When entering time values and providing something invalid, the widget says it
"will be displayed as "ValueParsers\ParseException""
it used to display the exception message -- $exception->getMessage()
I think it should now use the localised message information in the parsevalue
api result.
Definitely should not say "ValueParsers\ParseException"
