Your @hotmal.com address is in the database once for your user. As gerrit does not log email changes, and gerrit logs of the last few days do not show related errors/warnings I cannot reconstruct what happened, or how gerrit came in this state. I tried adding/removing email addresses for my user, and it worked without problems.
