Since 9th April, users are not warned when a filter catches their edit in the
mainspace:
https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special:AbuseLog&dir=prev&offset=20140409&wpSearchFilter=8
https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Special:AbuseLog&wpSearchFilter=13&dir=prev&offset=20140409
However, in other namespaces it is not problem:
