Explanation

I am a Dutch Wikipedian in special residence, presently at the Peace Palace
Library at The Hague to upload 1700 images to Wikimedia Commons -
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:GLAM/Wikipedians_in_Special_Residence_in_the_Netherlands_2013-2014.
The GlamWikiToolset requires a URL as the source for images to upload to
Wikimedia Commons.
(Previously (bug 64053 https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64053) I
requested an Amazon-s3-domain to be whitelisted - that request will become
obsolete if www.peacepalacelibrary.nl is approved.)
