string upon saving changed title
as a logged in user at https://test2.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Flow_QA
attempt to start a new topic with a title and details
a Flow entry is saved but has no topic or details

attempt to edit the title of an existing topic
upon clicking Change Title, browser simply shows the string "false" in the
title
on reload, no change is saved, but previous title is gone
