A few issues in the "Report username" option:
- Reporting a willing test subject with one checkbox selected and a comment
added seems to result in the reason and comment being duplicated:

- If more than one checkbox is selected (Eg: Offensive and disruptive) only the
last reason is reported:

- If the "Check if username is reported" button is pressed Huggle will
persistently report "Retrieving the page Wikipedia:Usernames for administrator
attention failed"
