+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #61615 +++
I think we can implement the <cite> tag into page rendering. Every <ref> tag
will produce a HTML wrapped in <cite> tag, which could be much more semantic
and accesible from the Web's point. I'm open for ideas how to implement it
properly.
