Save a page.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rearrange a lot of text.
2. Click the save button.
3. Start typing the edit summary.
Actual Results:
The edit summary appeared where I'd last been typing in the article, rather
than in the Save dialog.
I tried to reproduce it once, with no success.
