Steps to reproduce:
1. set wiki to non-public; log in to edit
2. Load a Q page
3. Click 'add' new property for a claim
4. Type a existing property name or ID
Expected results:
The property is found and the user can add a value to the claim
Actual results:
The search spinner is never ending.
The relevant code uses action=wbsearchentities with callback, and callbacks are
prohibited even for authenticated api calls for cross-site scripting reasons.
