on any page at http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/
login and edit any page. click "Save page", user sees checkboxes for 'This is a
minor edit' and "Watch this page"
logout and open any page with the ?veaction=edit argument to URL. click "Save
page"
minor-edit and watch checkboxes do not appear.
(if ?veaction=edit is going to be available, it should behave the same as a
regular edit)
