(content varies per-wiki, and per-language-setting, eg.
[[mw:MediaWiki:Wikimedia-copyright/de]] vs
[[mw:MediaWiki:Wikimedia-copyright]]).
The bottom of Flow pages do not currently have this message. Eg. (short page)
