I would like to upload the lecture series by David Harvey on Carl Marx's
Capital.
It's been publushed under a CC-BY licence on YouTube:
https://www.youtube.com/user/readingcapital/videos?view=0&sort=dd&flow=list&live_view=500
I've tried uploading the first class using chuncked uploading in the
UploadWizard, but that one got stuck saying the file was uploaded before and
was deleted. A search for a related DR didn't turn up anything so I think this
is an error related to the large filezise (247 MB).
There is no doubt in my mind that the free license is genuine and that there
wouldn't have been a reason for deletion. It's also not very likely that
somebody has tried to do this before since uploading video to Commons is such a
headache.
