I've started the migration of the RefToolbar script into a gadget on English
Wikipedia[1] but this requires moving a few pages around and it is likely this
will affect other wikis which are importing the scripts from their old
location.
I would like someone with shell access to run [[wikitech:mwgrep]] on WMF wikis
to get a list of JS pages where these strings appears:

en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Gadget-refToolbarBase.js
This will allow us to e.g. send a notice to the talk pages of the affected
wikis suggesting an update for their scripts.
