We decided to install FlaggedRevs in nowiki using a configuration similar to
enwiki, but with an editor group (replacing current autopatroller) and a
reviewer group (replacing current patroller).
The setup should resemple the current solution with autopatrollers that must
reach 500 edits for the group to be assigned. This setup which is only a policy
decission is reused for the editor group. It is not unlikely that this will be
lowered, but for now it is set to 500 edits and the other limits for the
autopromote are scaled accordingly.
A reviewer and sysop should be able to promote a user to editor, or denominate
him if necessary. Only a bureaucrat should be able to promote or denominate a
user to reviewer. This is a slight change from previous setup for
autopatroller/patroller, but I think we have a less use for frequent patroller
changes and it is cleaner to place this at the bureaucrats.
