In the settings menu on the Android app, change the prose for the language
selection to the following:
Top level: Wikipedia language
Sublevel: English (or whatever else you've selected from the dropdown)
The dropdown to select language can stay as it is for now.
Once a language is selected, take the user to the main page for the wiki they
chose. Note that you can assume that [[Main page]] will redirect you to the
appropriate main page on any WMF wiki, if it's easier for you to implement that
way.
In future we may want to add more bells and whistles to the language selection
(e.g. having the dropdown say "X Wikipedia" with that appropriate localised),
but this solution will do for now.
