If I view an old-revision, eg
https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Content_translation&workflow=rtsz7e60zvn3erfr&header_revId=rtszex57snb15f15
and click "edit", then the wikitext that I see is from the current-revision.
The same bug applies to Posts, as well as Board-headers.
