Noticed on our Wikia integration, and saw that it was incorrect here:

The shortcut list shows that Command plus a number changes the heading value.
This is incorrect, as it controls the browser's tabs. The correct label should
be "Command".
I tested this in latest Firefox and latest Chrome.
