At https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Compact_Personal_Bar when I scroll to
the bottom, I get the error message "An error occurred while contacting the
server." with a network response of "HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error".
There is currently only a single topic that /should/ be getting loaded at the
bottom of that list:

Other Flow pages on mw.org all work fine.
