I created and Closed a test topic:
https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Sandbox&workflow=ru8qtvj1biok1y5b
I then clicked "reply" to the comment, which made the text-area open. I wrote
something, and clicked "Preview" which worked. I clicked "Reply"[save], and
received this error:
An error occurred.
The error message received was: This topic is closed for any further
activities.
Instead, I suggest either:
* Remove the Reply link completely. [might be confusing]
* When the Reply link is clicked, open a message/dropdown that says "This topic
is closed for any further activities".
* other?
