missing option add links
After some update of mediawiki there is missing option for adding interlangling
connection on new pages
Tested both logged-in with monobook in Opera and not-logged-in in Firefox. See
attachment - only section Jazyky (langauges). compare with
[[File:Interlanguage_links_provided_by_WikiData-cs-see.png]]
Tested on cs.wiki, sk.wiki and en.wiki
