ChameleonTemplate::maklistItem is called on nearly each request which in turns
calls Linker::tooltipAndAccesskeyAttribs which on my machine cost a round 68ms
for each call.
One edit request produced 40 ChameleonTemplate::maklistItem calls with a
totaling time of 2200 ms.
