When using current master 80b5d8f of May 7, 2014 with MW 1.23rc0 the special
page provided by this extension is unavailable.
REL1_22 works somehow but sends the user to a blanc page after successfully
sending the contact message.
I would love to provide more details, however, the error log remains empty and
the wiki itself remains silent, too. I believe that there is something in the
water.
