Hi LiquidThread does not let users who are editing under an IP address edit a
messenger or comment it only lets users do it please fix it it.
Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Go to ether liquid thread extension talk page or Mediawiki support page
2 click on start new discussion and put any name for title and message and then
click save then try to edit the message and put anything again and click save.
It won't save under an ip but an user can. It will let you save a edited title
but not message.
