In the itwiki_p database there is a page with page_id = 3256917 but I can't see
it at
https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bar/Discussioni/Torniamo_ai_vecchi_tempi?
Maybe the problem is related with the interrogation mark?
