Say you visit your wiki after removing LocalSettings.php and your browser
automatically takes you to http://example.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page.
Instead of a wiki page, you see the installer.
But there won't be a logo because the URL provided for the MW flower is
http://example.com/wiki/Main_Page/skins/common/images/mediawiki.png and the
link to the installer is http://example.com/wiki/Main_Page/mw-config/index.php
