Observed on translatewiki.net when loading
https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:LanguageStats/nl. It occurs 3 times.
I've added an is_string() check, but that passes. No idea where this is coming
from. Running commit 3726a72f33bb95b6c3cfef512fa019cc4709dab3
