Every time I visit ur.wiki lately, I find the most important parts of the
interface covered by huge coloured warnings/notices of various sorts; it seems
to be a local habit.

I've reported the problem locally, but such interface changes are sufficient to
kill a wiki if applied with insistence, so I prefer to have it tracked
somewhere. Does the project want to be helped? How to help? Maybe they'd like
some HTML/CSS tricks to make their customisations more responsive.
