I am getting this issue while trying to edit
:https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:RYasmeen_(WMF)/sandbox
I dont know how I stumbled upon it, but I can not edit my sandbox anymore with
Mobile VE in any device/browser.
However, if I add it to or remove it from my watchlist by tapping on star, only
then the lock disappears from the edit icon and I can edit.
