Not exactly, but close. It means that the name is taken from
[[MediaWiki:Visualeditor-cite-tool-name-news]]. The default translation of that
message in English is "Newspaper", but we could change that to say "News" in
the software. You could also edit the MediaWiki: page locally but I'd recommend
changing it in the software instead to prevent enwiki diverging from the rest
of the universe.
