Interwiki links that aren't language links (so links of the type
[[:de:Foo|bar]]) aren't stored in the ParserOutput object or in any database
table anywhere at all. I guess storing them isn't strictly necessary for cache
purging purposes (which is what pagelinks was added for in the first place) but
it'd be nice to have it for API output and such.
