Currently the PNG and the LaTeXML rendering mode
use a common table in the database. If both rendering
modes are allowed in a wiki simultaneously this causes
problems, because the fields are continuously overwritten.
In this first step a new tables have to be created in the database.
In a second step the logic of the Math extension has to be changed to use the
new table if the LaTeXML rendering mode is selected.
