specials/SpecialSearch.php has hooks for dealing with successful and
unsuccessful searches, and with unsuccessful "Go" operations. However, it has
no hook for handling successful "Go" operations that jump directly to the found
page. Please add a hook.
Attached is a proposed patch against 1.15.3.
