Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert an image
3.Make it frameless/basic
4.Change the alignment to Left
5.Now try to change the alignment to Right
6.Click on "Apply changes"
Observed Result:
The alignment is still set as left , not moving it to Right
