Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert an image
3.Make it Thumbnail or Frame
4.Make it left aligned
5.Now uncheck the wrap option
6.Click on "Apply Changes"
Observed Result:
The image gets moved to the right side of the page
