There is no Edit button in IE 9 on Vista, so I cannot bring up the Visual
Editor. Only the Edit Source button appears.
STEPS:
1. Launch IE 9.0.8112.16421IC on Vista (Home Premium SP2)
2. Navigate to your user page on mediawiki.org, e.g.
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:Tomahawk
3. Look for Edit button, for the Visual Editor
RESULTS:
No Edit button
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Edit button should appear between Read and Edit Source buttons in IE 9 as it
does in recent Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers.
