The current plan is to * extract a large thumbnail from the file, and use that thumbnail to create smaller thumbnails (possibly in a chain, i.e. use some of those smaller thumbnails to create even smaller thumbnails) * make this thumbnail generation happen immediately after upload * limit the number of expensive thumbnail generations that can happen in parallel -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
