Jack: Whatever.  We need to stop violating the privacy policy.  From the
policy:

"we consider at least the following to be “personal information” if it is
otherwise nonpublic and can be used to identify you:
at least
(a) your real name ... IP address  ....
(c) [your IP address] when associated with your user account
Information available through public logs will not include personal information
about you.

We keep IP addresses confidential, except as provided in this Policy. 
"

We're giving users of that IP address the identity of other users of that IP
address.  I think that's a Privacy Policy violation because we don't need to do
that in order for it to be possible for admins to decide whether or not to lift
an autoblock.
