This will have to be reported upstream. Gerrit does not accurately show size
differences for binary changes, such as
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/135739/ .
It's reporting it as +0, -0. As you can see by fetching it, and doing:
git diff 7fe63df08636a2160e56c96665528e9af5872847^
7fe63df08636a2160e56c96665528e9af5872847 --stat
that is not accurate.
