English Wikipedia user https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Pratyya_Ghosh reports
an issue where e-mails sent using the "E-mail this user" function report as
being successfully sent but are not received by recipient. User reports they
still receive inbound e-mail sent to them via the "E-mail this user" function.
User confirms via screenshots (see
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Email_001_2014.png,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Email_002_2014.png and
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Email_003_2014.png) that they had sent an
e-mail and followed the normal "E-mail this user" process.
E-mails not being received is confirmed by myself and several users on their
talk page also report e-mails not being received, also confirmed is that this
problem is limited (as far as is known) to Prattya only.
I'm able to send and receive e-mails via the "E-mail this user" function and
there's no evidence those e-mails are being treated differently with GMail.
