When loading a page, often the adding of the extra tabs of Commons is animated.
When logged in, see for instance:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Downtown_Gatlinburg,_Tennessee.JPG
I think it might be better if this animation was only applied when the tabs are
moved due to window resize, and not when tabs are added.
