When a page containing an EntityContent becomes a redirect, the client should
be notified about this in a way that gives the client control over how
redirects are handled and interpreted.
As a stop gap, turning an entity page into a redirect can be handled as the
entity being deleted - but eventually, this decision should be made on the
client.
