Empty/corrupted Confirm dialog after switching edit modes
As a logged in user in beta labs, bring up VE
Click "Switch to source editing" from the command hamburger menu on upper right
near Cancel/Save buttons.
Modal dialog appears containing the word "Confirm" and no other information.
