To reproduce:
1. Edit an article in the Hebrew Wikipedia.
2. Click Insert (הוספה) -> Reference (הערת שוליים).
Observe: The contenteditable div for writing the footnote text is forced to
dir="ltr".
Expected: It must be in the direction of the wiki - dir="rtl", or simply
without the dir, and inherit the direction.
