Due to bug 61508, integration-slave1003 which I have pooled last week is
failing all npm job. The reason is the npmregistry cert not being trusted
which is bug 61508.
We need to update node or npm (can't remember) on the instance to bring it back
in the Jenkins pool (I have depooled it).
