With NFS, simple_performant errors with:

/Stage[main]/Role::Simple_performant/File[/vagrant/mediawiki/skins/.htaccess]/owner:
change from ubuntu to vagrant failed: Failed to set owner to '1001': Operation
not permitted - /vagrant/mediawiki/skins/.htaccess

/Stage[main]/Role::Simple_performant/File[/vagrant/mediawiki/skins/.htaccess]/group:
change from ubuntu to www-data failed: Failed to set group to '33': Operation
not permitted - /vagrant/mediawiki/skins/.htaccess
I did not check without NFS (i.e. with VirtualBox shared folders)
