(1) Make sure WMF get's notified (e.g. on IRC (ops) or on ICINGA dashboard).
(2) Send E-Mail to [email protected] and post to IRC (Wikidata).
(3) Adjust threshold to notify if lag is greater than 15 minutes.
(4) Execute script every 30 minutes.
