When using TemplateSandbox's preview button, the pre-save transform is applied
to the page being previewed, rather than the template used in the preview. If
subst, the pipe trick, etc. are used in a template, this results in
TemplateSandbox's output being wrong. Also, if the page being previewed
contains recursively converting wikitext like at
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Recursive_conversion_of_wikitext , it will
be shown as transforming (which is incorrect since that page won't be saved).
