gets a 404 failure requesting
https://bits.wikimedia.org/static-1.24wmf7/extensions/tests/ext.eventLogging.tests.js
The path in the URL is wrong, it's missing .../extensions/EventLogging/...
(It takes forever and a bunch of other tests fail as well.)
I think this is because the path specification for the tests is wrong.
