when hovering, jquery styles are overriding the entity suggester styles, making
it difficult to read.

this happens on beta and test.wikidata with resource loader.
does not happen with ?debug=true
cannot reproduce locally, but think i did see this at one point earlier this
week. then it went away.
I am not convinced it's a caching issue, but rather is due to the order things
are loaded, a missing dependency or something like that.
