Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert an image
3.Change the Image type from Thumbnail to Frameless/Basic
Observed Result:
The checkbox for wrap option gets unchecked but the alignment tabs are still
active

This is happening in Betalabs but not on test2
